Return & Exchange Policy
At Nature Hedonist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:
15-Day Return/Exchange Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests outside of this time frame.
Full Price Orders
If you change your mind for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the item’s value within 15 calendar days of delivery. Simply send your items back to our warehouse in Dubai, UAE.
Sale Items
Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 5 calendar days, and provide proof of the issue.
Return Process
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
- Showroom purchases can only be returned from locations within the UAE; we cannot accept overseas returns for these items.
- Please request a return before sending items back; items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Condition for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and any import customs fees for returned items.
- Nature Hedonist is not responsible for lost returns.
To Start a Return
Please contact us at naturehedonist@gmail.com with your return request, including a clear reason and any supporting photos or videos. If approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item.
We will arrange the return through DHL express courier. The return shipping cost can be deducted from your refund or paid directly to DHL by you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get a new item, return the original item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted. Please remember that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and approve your returned items. This typically occurs within 3-5 working days. We will issue a refund for the full value of undamaged items returned (excluding applicable shipping and customs fees).
Refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer to your credit/debit card.
- Store credit for Cash on Delivery payments.
- According to the vendor’s terms if paid using Tabby.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reach your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
