We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Full Price Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our warehouse in Dubai, UAE for a full refund of the item's value within 15 days of receipt.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sales or promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in full sellable condition items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Nature Hedonist takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Nature Hedonist.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
- Bank transfer to Credit/debit card.
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
- If you have paid using Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendors terms and conditions.
We will issue the refund within 48 hours after receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 working days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times. Items purchased through Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as store credit.
